No refunds. Store credit only for returns made within 7 days of delivery. Store credit is issued in form of a digital gift card. Customer pays return shipping. Items must be in original condition. Sales items, jewelry, hats, loungewear, formalwear, accessories, custom order items, underwear, wigs, hair accessories, hair products, makeup, sleepwear and activewear are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged

ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 5-7 business days or sooner.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

Shipping Info

Orders are processes within 24 to 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 5 more to 7 business days to receive package. All orders are shipped USPS, FedEx or UPS with 2-3 day delivery.

If you are doing local pickup, you can come in anytime Saturday between 10am-6pm. Otherwise it’s by appointment only. You can schedule an appointment anytime between 10am-6pm Tues-Fri by calling or texting 314-265-1642 with your name and order #.

Straight Off The Press STL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking states your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please contact United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-275-8777. Any lost, stolen or damaged items must be reported as a claim to USPS.
